Excellent job and quick service!
Today Jason Gray came to my home to figure out an issue with my AC. I was there while the he was doing the inspection. He checked everything, definitely knows what he is doing. Pet friendly as well. I recommend this company and the technician that have.
We had such a great experience with Bass air conditioning. We originally had a different company come out, and after two seconds they decided they couldn’t figure out what was causing our unit to leak. I did some more research and had Bass come out to ...see if they could figure out the issues. Jason was so thorough and talked me through the diagnostics as well as the problems that were found. Since we do have an older unit we were advised that it’s more cost effective to replace the unit rather than make the repairs. However, they are respectful of their clients decisions, gave us pricing for both repairs and replacements, and have given us time to discuss what is best for us at the moment. There was no pressure to make any decisions right then. Bass will be our go to air conditioning company, and I highly recommend them!
I am very pleased with how professional our maintenance expert, Jason Bass, was. He explained everything in a simple way to be able to understand the issues we were having with our AC unit. He went even further and contacted the Residential Manager for ...us in order to talk finances for a new unit. Eddie Simmons was very professional as well. Overall very satisfied with the service. Had a very good experience. I called in the morning and was able to get same day service. Randy was super nice, very professional, and was able to get our AC blowing cold again.
Excellent and honest service. My A/C went out this summer during the hottest weeks. Mike came out for an inspection and showed me/talked me through what he was doing. For perspective, I had spent about 10 hours cumulatively in the attic the weekend ...before he came out trying to figure out what was going on with my unit. Eventually, I had to throw in the towel because the problem was beyond my capabilities. When he came and showed/explained things to me everything made sense and I did not feel in any way that he was trying to pull a fast one on me. Explained that we had a leak somewhere in our system and needed about 9 gallons of Freon (made since because our unit was getting progressively weaker since we moved in 2 years ago). He gave me an estimate with my options and time to talk/pray about the decision with my family. The next day we called to have him come out and do the repair. He found the leak quickly, fixed it, refilled my unit and now our system runs better than ever. Almost forgot to add, as an added bonus he found that our attic units motor for the fan was set to low when he came out the first time, and he set it to medium free of charge. I decided to purchase a maintenance plan because of Mike's transparency and professionalism. The only constructive criticism I have for the company is to streamline communication between the afterhours call system and the regular hours schedulers. Other than that, my experience was great. Been having an issue with my AC this summer and to say the least at certain times of the day my house is a sauna because of the issue. Had Jason out today for an hour and some change, figured out the issue, worked with me on the price and got me on the ...schedule for the next day to get it fixed. Super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. On a maintenance plan with them and I will be requesting him from now on.
