On time and very thorough. Checked and replaced a capacitor on the heat pump, also checked the blower on the furnace and the thermostat. I called to schedule a checkup, and they were at my house the next morning on time.

Extremely fast & efficient response to my online inquiry for service! They called me at 4 pm and had the technician out to my house the next morning at 8 am (my service was not emergent so I didn’t need same-day service). The technician was very ...friendly and knowledgeable, and did show me pictures of the unit under the house as he was explaining and recommending services which helped since I’m a visual person. The diagnostic fee was VERY AFFORDABLE in comparison to other companies in the area. Thank you, Bass Air!

Maintenance on heat pump & trouble shoot odd smells entering house. Found worn out heat tape, blown fuse, sagging duct work and leaking, uninsulated connections to vents. This last issue was a surprise since it was all new ductwork (by another company) ...only 3+ years ago!
Bass Air Conditioning is the most generous Heating and Air Conditioning company, hands-down. They recently ran the “Operation Holiday Comfort” contest in which one very fortunate customer would be gifted an entire a/c and heating unit. This is the ...first contest of its kind and they mentioned possibly making the contest an annual one. Me and my family were blessed to be the winners! You would think that’s where it ended, but unbeknownst to us, that was just the beginning. The company General Manager, Mr. Ed Leezer, aka Secret Santa, and “Archangel” Michael (my nickname for them), with permission from their home office decided to take it a step further. Not only did they gift us a brand new unit and thermostat, but they also tore out all of our old duct work, vents, etc. and replaced everything with brand new products! They installed everything and did all of the work free of charge, solely because they saw the dire situation my family was in with a baby, and sought to be a blessing. The installation was arduous due to the amount of damage that was in our crawl space from previous “contractors” and their shoddy work, in conjunction with natural disasters. It should have taken at least a week. It only took them approximately two days, from start to finish, and that is only because there was a delay with the equipment. The installation technician team and their supervisor, Mr. Obie, were professional and kind. They talked us through every step, and were exceptional in their communication with us. They owed us nothing, but treated us like VIPs. Every worker was AMAZING. One of the biggest differences with their team and others is that they LEFT NO MESS!!!! Not one bit! Not a cigarette butt, not insulation, no food trash…NOTHING. It was an impeccable job! have nothing but gratitude to this company for giving my family the gift of heat this Christmas. Oh, and very important side note: I was not asked to post a review in exchange for work or anything like that. When no one else was answering or able to come out for an emergency service call at 11pm on Friday night, Bass was able to dispatch a HVAC tech to our home. Jerry arrived and got to work quickly, determined that the problem was not an HVAC issue but an ...electrical one. Initially we were disappointed to have to call an electrician after spending money for the service call, but was glad that Jerry helped to narrow down what the issue was. It was under 30° so we were very eager to get our heat back on. Jerry went under our house in the crawl space to troubleshoot where the issue was and was very thorough and explained everything. The information he provided was very helpful in helping us to repair our complicated HVAC and electrical problem. The next day was Christmas so we were unable to get anyone over. The day after Christmas we had an electrician come in and he did his part, but we needed HVAC to return to complete the repair. We called Bass again, and another technician was dispatched to our home. Mike went above and beyond to help us, was very friendly and knowledgeable, advised on some things to help us save money and since the call was related to our initial call, the second service call did not cost us money. This was a huge relief and I am very thankful for the quick response, professionalism from both technicians, and the customer service from the beginning to the end. Invoices are provided via email and payment was easy to do. They have my business and support for all future HVAC issues. Highly recommend!
